Chislehurt - Complete Overhaul
An impressive feat of construction has culminated in the original house being fully stripped back to a shell - with the roof removed and the internals gutted.
This allowed for a two-story extension alongside a full loft conversion, adding significant space to the property. With the newly formed home, the existing and newly added rooms were refurbished to a high standard.
This resulted in adding:
• A New Larger Kitchen/Family Room
• A 2nd Extra Reception Room
• 3 Additional Bedrooms, with en-suites
• A utility room
• A Gym
• A Cinema Room

Petts Wood - Side Extension
At Richard Norton Construction, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail - performing this at scale is what underpins our high quality finishes.
Adding a two-story side extension, is no simple task - a top to bottom integration with the existing structure, style, and internal considerations. Within a matter of weeks, were able to seamlessly remove the existing garage and chimney, and in its place attach a new larger capacity garage, as well as fitting a new kitchen and bedroom with en-suite.
Since completing this work – further additions have been made, seeing the loft converted into additional liveable space. Adding to this - we are soon to transform the back of the house, with a rear extension and garden works to come. It has been an ongoing journey maximising this property to the fullest.

Petts Wood - Front Extension
Overhauling a property can be a significant task - but at Richard Norton Construction, we are driven to deliver striking transformations.
In this project, we undertook to strip back the dated 70s style and replace this in a highly detailed mock Tudor finish. This required intricate internal and external work from our skilled team to deliver this transformation.
With the addition of a new roof and large front bedroom, we have generated additional living space, instant kerb appeal, and added value all within a single project. Undertaking these grand pieces is driven by over 40 years of experience.
